| Ordering Policy: |
- All orders are subject to a Renaissance Rock Original Inc. written approval ("Acknowledgement").
- All orders are subject to availability of materials.
- All orders are firm and can not be cancelled without written approval from Renaissance Rock Original Inc.
- Customers will be invoiced for any orders cancelled after production has commenced.
- Rush Orders: Rush charges will depend on receiving the signed acknowledgement. These charges will be 5% per day for each day less than 10 days from the effective date.

| Artwork: |
- All artwork submitted is subject to our approval.
- Clean black and white camera ready artwork required or electronic artwork (PC format) is required.
- Please contact Renaissance Rock for program formats.
- Conceptual sketches/artwork are also available, a layout will be provided, via fax or email, if required.
- Due to the complexity of some corporate logo(s), artwork charges may apply.
- Studio/Artwork charges are $65.00 CDN per hour.

| Custom Orders: Design Your Own Award |
- All custom orders are by quotation only.
- All custom orders are subject to a 35% deposit with signed "Acknowledgement".
- Due to engineering and design time there is a $1000.00 minimum for custom orders.
- Pre-production proofs of custom items will include the tooling and design charges and the minimum charge of $200.00
- This charge will be deducted from the total order invoice later.
- Delivery and availability may vary due to complexity.
- Minimum 2 week delivery.

| Imprinting/2nd Area Imprints: |
- The cost of sand carving an imprint into one side or area of an item is included in the price provided.
- Imprints in a second location require an additional $10.00

| Set-Up Charges: |
- There is a one time charge of $100.00, per logo to set up art, providing acceptable art is received.
- If a repeat order requires exactly the same art as the previous order, there is no additional set up.

| Minimum Orders: |
- Minimum order is $200.00, using a single design or a combination of styles, including set-up charges.

| Large Order Deposit Requirements: |
- Due to the nature of our products and materials, a 35% down payment must accompany all order(s) exceeding $5000.00 before production begins.

| Pre-production Samples: |
- Pre-production proofs are available on catalogue items for the cost of the item, plus the set-up and personalization charges (if applicable).
- Production time for your order can not be scheduled until proof approval is received; therefore if a pre-production sample is required, please allow additional time.

| Personalization: |
- For each personalization after a quantity of 1, there will be a charge of $10.00
- If personalization is required on a different side or area separated from the balance of the copy, the personalization charge plus a second area imprint charge of $10.00 will apply.

| Print Type Styles: |
- We have a vast library of type styles; however, our imprint methods do not work well with type styles that have very fine lines, such as some scripts, serif fonts, fonts with both thick and thin lines, or any font less than 12 pt size.
- Please carefully identify the font(s) you select or request.

| Production Time: |
- Normal delivery time is approximately 10 working days after the receipt of the signed acknowledgement and final signed approval of artwork and design layout.

| Samples: |
- Showroom and/or presentation samples are available. We will be happy to help you select samples and provide quotes.
|

| Payment Terms : |
- All orders under $500.00 are C.O.D.
- All outstanding balances are due in net 30 days.
- All overdue accounts will be charged at 2% monthly interest (24%/annum).
- Merchandise remains the property of Renaissance Rock until paid in full.

| Shipping: |
- FOB our plant. Method of shipping must be stated, with account number on acknowledgement.
- Delivery liability with the factory ends when the merchandise is delivered to a freight carrier. If, for whatever reason, the carrier fails to make a timely delivery, the customer still has a liability to the factory.
- The consignee must file freight claims, resulting from merchandise damaged in transit or shortages with the carrier.
- Drop shipments incur additional freight charges.
